I contacted her on July 22 at 10 am she told me she will call me back at 5 pm on July 22 2015 and have not returned my calls. Today is July 27 2015. Not reliable!

Sepideh Moazzani stole $27,800 from me, pretending to be my friend and real estate agent. She has had her real estate license revoked at least twice, and stolen much, much more money from several other people. She blocked me, and now I will never get my money back. DO NOT TRUST HER.

Sepideh is a THIEF. She pretended to be my friend and sold me a FAKE BIRKIN with a fake receipt. Do not trust a word that comes out of her mouth . She has stolen from so many and it’s disgusting that she’s not behind bars but just YET .

She was recommended 4 years ago from Mr Van Ryk from Van Ryk jewellry store, to sell a $90000 exotic Hermes bag, and has sold it along with two more Hermes and I have only seen a minuscule of money .$20000 to be exact! Also sold some high end Tiffany for me and I have yet to see any money! She is quick to pick up your items for sale but when you want to be paid she falls through! She owes me over $200000 worth of money for Goods sold and I have only receive $20000! Do not give her anything to sell as she keeps the money! for herself so she can spend it on herself , like a new Bentley.
