I corresponded with Bahman and he was extremely irresponsible and reliable. His personality is unprofessional, deceiving, and a rude individual. However, arent most sales agents?! Anyhow, I caught him a few times giving different information from what he originally discussed with me from the beginning. He was also late with our appointments. I would not recommend anyone seeing this individual unless you want the run around, false information, paying increased fees from what was mentioned, etc. The list goes on with endless issues with this thief.

Mr. Bahman is the most unprofessional, disrespectful and discourteous agent I have come across. He takes absolutely no responsibility towards his listings, posts incorrect descriptions about homes/units on ads online and behaves very rudely with potential buyers or renters. Home owners should watch out because he would easily deter people from buying or renting a place. He does not correctly represent the land lords and will randomly make up unreasonable 'requirements' saying those are the home owners' preferences. If you are a home owner and want to find suitable buyers or tenants, stay away from this man. I am talking from personal experience.
