We purchased a Condo through him. He was very unprofessional in attire and manner. We gave him a weeks notice that we would be in town on a specific day to view condos that would meet our requirements. He had only one condo to show us and he showed up in a sweat suit and unshaven, as if he had been out all night and had just gotten home. When asked if he was aware of any issues or concerns with the condo or the building, he responded "No". However, we found out that he did know that the Condo Building was under structural assessment by an Engineering firm, but did not mwntion it us. When asked if there were any other costs associated with the purchase of the condo, he sald "No". A week after the purchase of the Condo, we were given an Assessment Notice by the Condo Association in the amount of $18,000 for topping up of the Reserve Fund due to anticipated repairs to the Condo Building. We would definitely NOT Recommend him as a Realtor to anyone.
