This was our first house we sold in Brampton and we saw Sachit selling 6 houses in our street and all the property was SOLD in no time. We had visited his open house as he was personally giving the invitation to the neighborhood asking us to come and see the house. I have been living in this neighborhood from last 8 yrs seen agents selling house but never saw anybody knocking on the door and giving invitation to people and asking them to come for the open house. My wife and myself visited at one of his open house and was very impressed with the way the property was staged and pictures of the house was so professionally done. We decided to sell our house and before calling Mr. Sachit Shetty we interviewed couple of other realtors, but after interviewing him it was a unanimous decision between my wife and my self that we should list our house with Mr Sachit. We liked his presentation and the way he was explaining about the Housing market which the other realtor failed to explain. As promised by him our house was sold for 102% which was $10500 more from the asking price. I am very confident to refer his name to my friends and families.

I interviewed 8 realtors before short listing Mr Sachit Shetty. His Knowledge in my area was excellent and he delivered what he promised. Mr Sachit had assured me that he will sell my property in Maximum 21 days and it was sold in less than 7 days with more then 99% of asking price . I liked his confidence and his approach , he was not pushy and he never rushed me to list the property unlike other agents who were just interested in listing my house. Mr Sachit with his team of professionals helped in fixing things and then staged my house which in return was SOLD for more then 99% of asking price. When we first met Mr Sachit Shetty at that time we use to live in a Rental apartment. It was his one phone which made a big difference in our life style. He gave us the perfect plan and helped us finding our dream house. Three years later we decided to buy a brand new house for which we approached Mr Sachit again and asked his help in finalizing the Brand New Detached home from the Builder. Sachit knew very well that if we go to Builder he will not get any commission but he still came and showed that he really cares for his client and for him his clients interest is the first priority. He Sold our house in 2 days with $7000 more from the Asking Price. After 3 years when we look back most of our friends are still living in a rental apartment , all Thanks to Mr Sachit Shetty had he not called us today we wouldn’t have been able to Own this Detached house. We recently accepted jobs in another province. This meant we had to sell our house in Mississauga and buy one in another province. Sachet listed our house beginning of March Break as we travelled to find a new house. Within a couple of days, Sachet had sold the house, with no conditions and $40 000 above asking price. When we returned, Sachet helped us make the connections to sell our furniture and temporary accommodations while waiting for our new house.
