In response to the previous slander, it is clear that the "reviewer" has never worked with Luke. They even make this admission. I have. Luke got the deal done. Luke got me $95,000 more than any comparable sale! Luke Dalinda has invested all his energies into elevating the Palace Place brand, increasing property values, saving Palace Place owners hundreds of thousands of dollars, and making Palace Place the best condo in the city. Ask anyone who has ACTUALLY worked with him to learn of his exemplary service. Ask the Board members that work with him almost daily. These previous "haters" do not have the fortitude to contribute to the community in which they reside. They are too scared to identify themselves. A review of this nature ought to be from someone who has actually worked with the person. By their own admission, the previous individuals clearly did not. That, in effect, is a case of slander and libel at best. Thankfully IP addresses can be traced these days. For an honest opinion, email me any time. Palace Pier/Place Resident
Be Careful Who You Trust With Your Assets at Palace Pier/Place!!!! Summarized as follows--arrogant, uninformed, unintelligent, self serving and untrustworthy. We have watched with keen interest how Luke Dalinda has paraded around Palace Pier acting like the Mayor of the building with the sole focus of gaining free exposure for his real estate career. We have heard him speak at board meetings, we have seen his rants when not elected President and we have heard his pitch for selling units. With the knowledge in hand we are comfortable in stating that not only would we never vote for him but we would NEVER EVER have him sell our unit. Residents.... before Luke pulls the wool over your eyes please, I encourage you, interview other agents---preferably someone who has a greater professional experience other than the units at Palace Pier and someone who doesn't put on his LinkedIn Acct profile that he is a Vice President of a condo corp--this one made us laugh as this is a volunteer position. Good luck if you sign with him...you will need it
