Nadine performed the minimum required. We had to insist she show us the parking, locker and facilities in our condo. Her emails were short and curt. She promised to facilitate the singing of the documents for closing, and we were left to get them done on our own. She gave us an awful recommmendation for a lawyer. She did not inform of us legal fees, nor all the closing costs including the Toronto land transfer tax, though we were first time buyers new to the Canadian market.
