We were introduced to Chris while planning to relocate to FL. On a house-hunting trip, we were surprised that Chris committed so much time to us. He made the trip worthwhile by orienting us to the area and showing us enough properties to help us figure out what we wanted and where we wanted to be, plus many hours of educational conversation on everything from home construction to financing. Chris walked this journey with us during 5 months, 2 visits, and a remote closing until our first FL home was purchased. Through negotiations, financing, inspections, etc., Chris was a knowledgable advocate and patient facilitator. All the details were handled with care including "above and beyond" duties that impressed us. We highly recommend Chris for anyone that wants a true partner through the purchase process!

I just bought my first investment property with Chris in October 2015. It was a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with an amazing yard. We did a minor reno and then he helped us secure long term tenants who rented our place for the next 3 years. We could not be more pleased. Chris helped us every step of the way and made sure that we never felt alone without a guide. Thanks Chris

We were looking for investment property through our retirement funds. Chris found a property that was priced at more than what we had so he found us a joint venture partner to go in for half. We both purchase the property using our retirement funds. We renovated he property. Chris acted as a liason for the contractors and helped us bring the property to conclusion. He then relisted the property 4 months after we purchased it and we made a total of 24K on the property after all expenses. That is a better rate of return than any other year on our investment funds and we are on to doing our second deal and we expect to make the same amount when we are done

We just bought our first house and he was able to help answer all of our questions and walk us through the buying process. He provided a list of lawyers and mortgage agents who really knew what they were doing. His negotiation was fair, direct and he got us the result we were hoping for. The thing I like best was that he anticipated our issues and had a solution before we even asked the question. My wife is the nervous type and she was very comfortable because he gave her knowledge to replace her fear. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the Calgary
