My wife and I have known Paul (Palwinder) for over a year now and had gone through him to purchase our new house in Delta. We found our dealings with Paul to be very professional and positive. Paul listened to our must haves and have nots in his efforts to find us the best house. In assessing the available houses for sale in our desired area, he was able to identify a great house that suited the needs of our growing family. We found his knowledge of the neighbourhood market assessment to be extremely valuable. Paul was instrumental in negotiating the sale for over $30,000 below the list price. After having purchased our new house through Paul, there was no doubt that he would be our listing realtor to sell our house in Surrey. Having dealt with Paul on our previous sale, we knew we had the right guy that would get the job done. From the start his professionalism and dedication were quite obvious. Paul had done his homework and had come prepared to discuss the listing price he had researched for our house. He used a great photographer to capture the beauty of our house (inside and out). He kept us informed of interest from potential buyers and feedback as a result of showings of our house. We found Paul to have been punctual in returning phone calls/emails, being available for showings and holding the open house as scheduled (we only needed one open house!). He went out of his way to ensure that showings were scheduled during times that suited our family schedule. Due to his extensive marketing efforts we had an accepted offer in two weeks of listing our house. Paul was again invaluable in the negotiation of the sale of our house.
