Just listed bc client
Shawna chaudhary and the staff at justlistedbc were awesome to work with last year when I sold our condo on the island. We live on vancouver and the just listed people on shawnas team worked with us to make sure our mls notes made clear how to access the property with our lock box which we purchased from them. It was so easy and there were a couple glitches with our documents that they helped with too. We will use them to sell next time for sure. Hope this helps anyone else considering to buy there sellers package that it is a much better option than using a realtor and we saved just about 26,000 in commission. we wont use a realtor ever again when we could get a flat flee listing. Thank you Ms. Chaudhary and just listeds staff.

Listed my house with Shawna and www.justlistedbc.com 2 weeks ago. I was surprised at their level of service as I have been very dissapointed in the past by full service realtors. Although I have never been a for sale by owner before now she personally helped me through the entire process. I have referred all my neighbors to Shawna and justlistedbc and I wish her all the best in her future. I seriously think she will change the way real estate and flat fee mls listings work for bc homesellers.

Love love love Shawna and justlistedbc.com. Shawna is a complete sweetheart and I sold my apartment with the website on my own. I had a wonderful experience and then I used Shawna as my Realtor to buy a new townhouse this earlier this month. She was wonderful and even took me out to lunch! She was bubbly, happy and a complete doll. very down to earth and kind. Will use her again in the future and the just listed service too.

We loved working with Shawna. She lives near us on the north shore and although we had to move to squamish due to our financial difficulties she drove there to show us homes and close a deal on our new house in garibaldi highlands. We bought the house and she negotiated over 160,000 off of the sae of the home. She also introduced us to the sellers who helped us after they moved out with the new sound system and security system as we found it difficult. I am SO happy with the service!!! Shawna is amazing and Dave and I could not be happier!!! Thanks Shawna. IF we can ever get our acts together and afford to move back to the north shore we will ask for your help again! We could not have done this with out you! You are so much smarter than we could ever be :) From our family to yours: we wish you the best!
