This company was used by the sellers of the house I just purchased. Arnie told my agent that the house was ready, so I paid for the house via my lawyer. When I arrived 3 hours later, the owner was still there, with his stuff, asking for two more days! Arnie and his clients have yet to fulfill their portion of our contract. My only options are legal action, or swallow the cost. Please do not use him as your Realtor or purchase any property there involved with. He takes the money, and runs!
