It has been my experience over the last 25 years as a Realtor, that FSBO lose on<a href="http://wefokx.com"> avgeare</a> 10% and more off their sales price, much more than the real estate commission. I have seen sellers lose substantially more than that too. Savvy buyers know the seller is not paying a commission and they want a deal.

Lorne is, by quite a wide margin, the best real estate agent I've worked with. Because of his background in renovating and custom building and land development, he was able to put together a deal for us on our new house that frankly we still can't get over.
