Avoid her and her customer 100%, she only cares about getting her cut and will make sure to mislead you and your trust in the fact that she is a "realter". We were renting a large apartment in Cote St Luc, she brought a client and promised a credit check for them. She waited as long as she could and only on the last day brought the papers as a "fait accomplit", with the first rent, minus her commission of course, fircing us to sign or risk loosing. 2 months after the client ran away and she does no return our calls.
