Agent Paul Chen has initiated to call my house to acquire the business. Which is a normal thing for a housing broker. However, this agent was giving us attitude and arrogant during the phone conversation. He talks like as we are the one who begs him to help us to sell our house. Example, after he was 'interrogating' us about our house, not even inquiring, we asked what is the % you charge. His reply is.. I don't know. I need to check your house first. I have not seen any person who is inquiring something from another person as if it was the other who begs him for helps. A company with an agent like this, I would never deal with.
