She tried to trick us after listing our home. We has signed a contract and no more way out. There are many unprofessional real estate people. Beware!

I am currently still working with this realtor on the sale of my home. She lied about the contract and commission. She promised a 1percent commission and then coerced me into a 4percent without my knowledge. She refused to make changes to my property and its advertising she put my property 50k below asking then blamed my home as the issue. I offered to bring in decorators and pay out my own pocket and she refused. The list goes onnn!! her broker of record Lou Tomasone encourages this behavior and also avoids contract terminations.
