Greg Burke should be avoided at all costs , he practices in a scam where he portrays himself to be involved in a Mortgage Investment Corporation. Where in fact himself and this group prey upon homeowners , builders , developers , to lend money on the premise of " loan to own " and take your property from under you . Review Greg's past listings and see the numerous foreclosures he has sold where he held personal mortgages on these homes ! The realestate council of British Columbia currently is investigating his practices .
