He's the best; bought our first home using his good service and expertise. He later helped us sell that house a couple of years later when we had to move back East. When it was time to move West again, we didn't hesitate to hire his services again. He found us a great deal on a house. Dale is easy to deal with, lots of humour and yet very professional in his dealings with people. He knows everyone thus that helps when you look for "la perle rare". Highly recommend using him for your next search or sale.
