Avoid this guy!!!! Gave us really BAD advice which caused us to lose huge profits. Do not trust him. He convinced us that our house was worth way less than it actually was, and encouraged us to accept a certain offer. We later found out that our home was sold to a flipper. Interestingly, he then became the real estate agent for that same flipper and sold it again for massive profits. Please believe me when I say you should not hire this man. He has caused my family and I so much heartache.
