He is very unprofessional, you do 90% of his work that he is hired to do, he's late, he does not explain things properly, often finding out the information is wrong and/or he doesn't give you important information that you will need, does not do much or any research on your home if selling or where you want to buy, he has little business etiquette, does questionable things an agent should not do and the list goes on. Nice guy, but not fit for the job.
