I have experienced this realtor first hand. She is so desperate to sell your home she will allow anyone who shows up to rifle through your home without proper credentials. She allowed a very suspicious person into my home just because he showed up in a shiny flashy car. I expected more from a so called professional who also didn't know what it meant when I asked her if she vetted this person. I mean she did not know what the verb to vet someone meant. I had to call the police and increase my insurance because I am sure my home was cased by a professional. I asked for the man's ID from her and she flatly refused to assure me that he was a legitimate buyer and in fact tried to suggest that he showed up in a flashy car so he must be legitimate. She knows who I am and she knows this is true. She out right lied to me after I spoke to the man knowing he just showed up last minute as he pointed out to me. He also asked questions that made him appear like he was trying to fake being a prospective buyer. Beware this woman is nice and smiley but I would seriously doubt her ability to vet properly.
