This guy is a really sneaky person. He just wants to close a deal at all costs. Does not inform you of anything. I bought a house through this guy and I completely felt pressured to buy it. He kept urging me to go up in price and insisting I was getting a good deal, when in fact I was not considering the house needed repairs and was out of town. He insisted they were not major problems and kept urging me to sign waivers telling me I would lose the house and making it seem like everyone would put a better offer. I also trusted him and signed a waiver before the time I was supposed, because I work full time and we agreed he would not send it unless I gave the ok. He went ahead and sent it, not telling me and I had needed more time and he omitted to tell me that I could have requested more time. This person is very untrustworthy and does not care about his clients and does not care about what expense and legal issues he may put them through he just wants to close a deal and get his commission. Please do not trust this man!!!
