I am a single girl purchasing my first home. I found Martin to be so helpful and knowledgeable. After looking at what must have been almost 20 homes I settled on one that was just right for me. Martin clearly explained what to look for and pointed out potential problem areas in each home. He will definitely be my agent from this point on and I will recommend him to my family and friends.

Martin was amazing! I previously tried to sell my property with another agent only to have it sit on the market for months. After taking on my home he had an offer within one day of it hitting MLS. When buying a home he showed me what to look for and gave his input about potential problems which made me feel comfortable. I will not buy or sell another home without him!

Highly recommend this agent. He is very knowledgable, not pushy and provides all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Martin took us through each home as if he were buying it himself. He pointed out the approximate age of the roof and furnace, and approximately how much life was left on them. He helped us determine the approximate cost of updating the flooring, windows and other items so we knew how much to budget for as we went through each home. We will 100% recommend Martin
