"You introduced us to the real estate market in Red Deer and helped us purchase our first home. While we were living in Calgary, you oversaw the building of our house, set us up with a Construction Inspector, and called us every time there was a decision to be made on the home. You were there at the note signing and made sure all our wishes were understood and carried out. Then, when we bought our lot for our retirement home, you represented us and saved us lots of money in the process. When we decided to sell our home in town and move to the lot, you handled the seller’s agent duties and assisted the buying agent when she had challenges during the closing process. That’s what I would call a real professional. You have helped several of our friends with their home search or building needs as well. We will always recommend you and your team to anyone interested in any real estate transaction in this region."
