Ms. Buffett screwed me around not once, but twice by intimating that her clients (the same ones one week apart) were interested in purchasing my house. She presented an offer as if it was a starting point for negotiations resulting in at least two conversations with my agent during which the she provided a verbal agreement on a higher price. After we signed back the offer at essentially the new agreed price and waited five hours, she then said that the original offer had been a final offer and that no deal could be done. This wasted the time of my wife, my agent and myself, not to mention the emotional roller coaster. My recommendation would be to not trust this agent as either a buyer or seller if you desire a business deal that is conducted in good faith!
