Selling our house was an experience I had not been looking forward to. I anticipated all kinds of problems and was convinced that the who process would take a long time. When we finally decided to go ahead, the Christmas season arrived soon after. However, the experience turned out to be quite pleasant and interesting and my anxieties were soon gone. When everything was done we were surprised at how little time had passed. I will always remember your thoroughness with details and you unflappability in dealing with disgruntled tenants. We have been in our new home for about three weeks and must tell you how much we enjoy it. W can't believer how lucky we are - the view is fantastic and changes with the weather - the sunsets are beautiful. Dealing in Real Estate was new to us and we thank you for your patience and guidance. Re: William (Bill) Dow, Associate Broker- Amex. I enlisted Mr. Dow as my Realtor for the sale of my mother's home. I had visited with Bill a fews times and shoes him because I felt him to be very professional, knowledged, sincere, khonest and caring and felt he would keepk my mom's best interest at the highest level. Since I live out of the country, this was quite a stressful and emotional task for me but Bill was extremely helpful tome and patient in every step of the way. He kept me very well informed of all happenings via email, faxes and phone calls. He made sure to explain very thoroughly what was taking place at every step of the sale. He went out of his way to provide his expertise, advise and assistance with the sale and other matters outside the sale.
