Joe was renting an apartment that I was interested in and requested a $100 deposit (a portion of the last month's rent) with the application form, but refused to return my deposit to me, when he signed another client to the apartment the next day. I have been wrapped up in phone calls, basically chasing my $100 down for a week so far and no response from him. My calls are all being declined from the superintendent Tracey Chittle. Pathetic Scammers.
