I found Ron Chadha to be very arrogant, and I worry that people mistake his arrogance for competence. I was accompanying a friend who had hired Ron to sell his house, and I could not believe the stuff he was saying (I have a real estate friend so I know enough to judge). I can immediately tell that Ron's strategy in making money is from selling a lot of properties for a lot less than market. In other words, he low balls the selling price, which hurts his clients because they are not selling as high as the market would allow. I find that when one questions his tactics he becomes rude and defensive but at no point tries to explain how his tactics helps out his clients. Fortunately, my friend switched agents so he was spared. Please do the smart thing and skip out on Ron. Dealing with a drunk is probably better than dealing with Ron.
