HIS CLIENT
He is very unprofessional and very greedy. He just want you to buy a house even iF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT. he will force you to buy a house. please do not use him as your realtor. you will make the make the worse mistake buying a house if you go thru him. try to find a realtor who gets lots of listings. waqar is only a buyer agent. he never gets any listings. you know why? because he can not speak a word in english. He has selling tehniques. He will always say that there is another offer just to scare you so you do not put the lower price and he always want you make the fast decision. buying a house a life time investment so please guys do the right thing. find an agent who will work for you and not only for MONEY. if you have any question pease email me at sunny7981@hotmail.com
