recommended to us by friends that used him to sell their house. we just moved to toronto from out west through a job transfer and were not happy with the service we were getting from the agent assigned to use through work. walter immediately set to work, showing us comparables, neighbourhoods, schools,parks etc etc. He worked around our schedule accomodating my husband's work schedule, my children's activities etc and was always professional! some excellant negotiation skills helped us to secure the home of our dreams. Service did not stop there....even after we moved in, Walter was around to help us through our transition to our new home and city. he has definately made me rethink my opinion about real estate agents!
