Agent is interested in his own commission. Do not have him negotiate for you - He will agree to any deal as long as he gets a commission. He will promise you anything to get your business - then let you down - Do not fall for it.

Used his servives in 2011. I can't believe he is still around - seeing his mug shot on his web site makes me sick. This guy should not be allowed to sell used cars. He promises you anything you want - once he gets your listing, does nothing to promote your property. Stay away from him - very un-professional.
