She only wants that offer signed to get paid and she is out no concern about you. She does bare minimum bare!! Don't expect a real effort with any real concerns for you.No open houses she has none of her own clients to show your property Will not negotiate to better terms for you. You will be in negotiations having to try and get better price for yourself!! She just sit there you out on your own! She will push to get those papers of sale signed will not make any comment as to sale. She does NOT look out for you. But just takes the signed papers and Quickly leaves and that door she quickly closes behind her Not a Word just GONE.You are left dazed what did I just do. Never unless you plan on paying someone over $15000 to do the bare minimum with ZERO Regard for you! And on fop she initially tried for 6% Commission .yeah I caught that move!!! Had to say 5% is the norm and actually real realtors trying to help lower not increase their fee%.
