Went directly to agent, thought we could work a better deal. (I should have known better). He was so dishonest, lie's through the whole deal. The deal was to be done in one night, then mysteriously some bidders came out of nowhere, so he convinced us to raise our offer. Then turned into a week long thing, back and forth with new bidders again????... When I called his bluff and said forget it (and not raise my bid AGAIN). He called back and mysteriously the owner was now going to take my offer. Through the whole deal, he kept assuring me he was working with my best interest in mind. Although I went through with the deal, it was merely because I wanted the house. If it wasn't a 'steal of a deal', I would have walked away 100 times before contributing to this guy's financial well being! Wow! Please do not give this gentleman...no, this man, any of your business!
