Absolutely Disgusting
I'm just reviewing Vicki Zavitz, a Century 21 agent in London ON. I just witnessed her absolutely berating and harassing an employee of a small retail store in Masonville Mall. She was beyond out of control, screaming at this poor young girl because, from what I heard, her daughter tried to return shoes that had been worn. This woman is an absolute menace, and to be quite frank, has some brass balls for having such a recognizable face and treating another customer service worker the way she did. I'm shocked and appalled that she had the audacity to do such a horrible thing, bringing this poor girl to tears. And the fact that she's a mentor for Junior Achievement? Absolutely deplorable. This woman needs to be fired. I just wanted to make sure that this horrible excuse for a human being receives a copy of this complaint and apologizes to this girl. I'm so disgusted by her actions and am thinking twice about ever using Century 21 again in the future if they continue to employ people like this.
