Hi, I was very pleased with this realtor. Valentino is very knowledgeable and he was able to negotiate a very good price for me when I bought my house. He offered excellent service and the best part was that that at closing he gave me a cheque for a few thousands dollars as cash back. Use Valentino Prundaru at One Percent Realty Victoria. He is the best!

Very nice guy! We had a different Realtor before, who couldn't sell our house! Valentino sold it in 2 weeks, and he gave us good discount, when we bought a new house! Way to go Valentino!
