My family had a horrible experience dealing with Thomas Rauth from Royal Lepage Triland in London when we purchased our first house in the Upland area near Masonville Mall. Thomas Rauth doesn't care about the clients requests, all he care is how to close the deal fast. We asked him a few times to include some of the items we requested in the purchase agreement, but he kept insist that the seller won't go for it. The day that we moved in, we got a chance to chat with the seller since they had to come by and remove some of the items left over in the garage. The seller told us if we were to ask for all of the items that we had mention to Thomas Rauth in the purchase agreement, the seller would love to leave it behind instead of renting a van to remove them. This individual is very unprofessional and have ruin the name Royal Lepage Triland as a whole. We told my friends and families to never deal with Royal Lepage Triland at all and specifically Thomas Rauth. Though we share our experience with everyone so you won't make the same mistake when choosing a real estate agent.
