I was not satisfied with Thierry's services. I contracted him to rent out my condo. He did not communicate with me and he was often unavailable. He charged me (and even sent invoices) for getting the place professionally cleaned and fixing certain things in the condo. But I was shocked to hear from the tenant that the place was not clean when he moved in and the renos were not done either. I will not recommend Thierry because I don't trust him. I am not sure how he sent invoices to me when the work was not done. One more thing, I hired him to rent the place out and he tried to convince me to sell it. Overall, he was a very sweet talker and it was hard to tell that he was just playing his game.
