My mother used Terri Bergie to sell her house. Due to an unforeseen circumstances she had to remove the house from the market after 2 days and she informed him immediately. Not only did he NOT remove the house from MLS (market as instructed) but he continued to say that he had removed it while other agents kept telling her the house was STILL listed. After I googled the property, I realized it had never been removed. He was very unprofessional and clearly did not respect his clients wishes. I would not recommend him to anyone and I hope others will not waste their time and energy using him as their real estate agent.
