Both the lawyer who closed our deal and the litigator we had to hire to defend us in an action related to the deal both condemned this agent. We did wonder when we had to redo the agreement twice. In the end, the wording was inconsistent and our ultimate wishes as conveyed many times to her were not acccurately reflected in the documentation - leading to litigation. Given realtor fees these days this is unforgiveable.
