Bills his time at obscene rates, yet speaks more like a high-school drop-out than a well-educated professional. Is not genuinely service- oriented, does not walk the talk, can be unpleasant to talk with (mix of belligerence with bluster, threats, with unfounded accusations and didactic repetition of inappropriate term normally reserved for the courtroom. Expect derisive disrespect from him if you are an owner who fails to conform or fails to comply with his instructions; likewise if you are someone who holds him to account, or fails to represent sufficient financial gain to him.
