Steve sold and bought property for us and we were extremely impressed by his dedication, honesty and hard work. When we received an offer (multiple) on our home he worked into the late hours of the evening and even had to motivate the other agents to keep the negotiation going. We were very happy with the results. Then when he helped us purchase he worked day an night to find us the best home for our needs and then impressively negotiated a fantastic agreement. Steve spent a week staging our home with his Stager and as a result sold our home in less then 3 weeks (average was about 2 months in our area) for the highest price in our area (other "big" agents wanted to list our home for 10% less). We are so grateful for all of his hard work and dedication. Thanks Steve and don't worry we tell all our friends
