It was my biggest mistake to try to buy a condo through him! He knows nothing about the real estate market but salesman talk. He just pushing me to buy the condo that he thinks is good for me, which I believed that he knew the seller at the first place who will giving him a big fat commission. Why? because he was unwilling to giving me other condo information, the market average price, and continue telling me that he wasn't able to get in touch with the agents that representing the condo that we want to view.
