Simona gave me comprehensive service with the purchase of my condominium and I had an excellent experience with her. I was a first time home buyer and I knew very little about the housing market & prices. She advised me how buying can be virtually the same price as renting an apartment. She researched several properties for me and arranged visits. She was with me during the visits and the building inspection. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions. I was out of the country on vacation during some of the negotiations to buy the property and she kept in touch with me by sending timely emails and faxes - always making sure I was well informed during the entire process. I am very grateful that I had an outstanding first time experience buying a condo with her expert help. I am looking forward to buying my next property with her guidance and I am definitely going to recommend her to my friends.

As a first time home buyer, Simona took all the stress out finding the perfect place. Her patience with my indecisiveness and willingness to explore different options was very much appreciated. Another thing I appreciated was her flexibility in accommodating my schedule and her ability to keep me informed at all times. This is particularly important as I was trying to co-ordinate purchase of a home in Montreal despite the fact that I was working out of province.
