we started using Sia's services based on our best friend's recommendation. After the first meeting we kind of got the idea that we're in good hands. Through out the process of buying our new home, being the third one we were buying, we really got to love his knowledge about properties in different areas as well as his patience. At the end he amazed us with his negotiation skills when he bought our new home at a very good price, something that we never thought possible. Having used other agents previously, we really noticed the difference between a great agent like Sia and okay agents that we had before.
