Shawn is an excellent real estate agent. He sold my childhood home and went above and beyond the call of duty. Shawn provides knowledge and expertise in many areas: marketing (including staging, advertising, photography), negotiation, effective communication, and knowledge of real estate trends. He researched our area and provided good insight and suggestions on the sale of our house while answering all of our questions which put our minds at ease. End result: sold 20% over asking after only 3 days on the market (the asking price was not a lowball price) 100% would recommend Shawn to anyone looking to buy or sell.
