She is knowledgeable but she is more honest and faithful with the builder then her own client. never calls you to see how her client is doing even when you call her she sounds like she doesn't have time for her client. will never do business with her in future again 2 out of 10, giving her 2, 1 for punctuality and 1 for knowledge.
