I am a buyer that contacted this agent to view a property. Viewing went well but when it came to the Sales Agreement she seemed frustrated when I suggested Subject To's and terms I wanted in writing and very relavant to my purchasing. Agent arrived late, made me feel rushed. She was eager to get me to sign the agreement more than taking time to make sure I was aware of what I was signing. Left me with an very uneasy feeling.
