Do NOT use Hope Street Real Estate, they are unprofessional and do not provide any communication or call backs. Once they have your money they do nothing for you and will not return calls or emails. beware of this company as they do nothing for the money you pay and will break contracts when they feel like it. many of their staff are incompetent and do not really know what they are doing most of the time. beware of this company as they have many bad reviews and an 'F' rating on the better business bureau. they are not even licensed to do property management and were fined last year by the alberta real estate board - beware
