His Ability to perform the promised service is Very poor. He does not Know the market, deals and the rules therefor he is very clueless. He's Always late and unreliable. He has very poor marketing skill and does not promotes your property to every qualified client, buyer and investor in a variety of ways, such as sale signs, open houses and internet websites, and reports the results back to you Very poor, does not promote at all.
