Contacted Sean regarding a mere listing. Took almost a week to answer questions about the contracts, wouldn't return phone calls until I got very upset and then after I signed the contracts, which included a clause that I agreed to pay any penalties via complaints to the Real Estate Board, didn't list my property after a week and still woudln't return phone calls and emails. Stay away from this realtor.
