She over-promises and under-delivers, and I wouldn't trust her. I had to cancel my contract, which was a horrible experience... She ignored my calls and requests, and refused to meet with me to cancel the contract for a week and kept my property in the market under her name without any real representation until I had to go to OACIQ to help me terminate the exclusive brokerage contract.
