Very good real estate company. Different and they sell properties ina matter of days. They said the stats are 98% of asking price and that came out true in my situation also (actually even better 100% of asking). I do not understand the other comment. Sam is amazing! I highly recommend them...

He is known to greet you nicest when you first meet him but turns around and scam people in every legal way especially to those who does not have proper knowledge or lacks experiences in trading in real estate. Also known to have scammed his own agents with their commission splits. If you are thinking of doing business with him or already in businless with him, I would seriously encourage you to seek opinions from other experienced brokers who knows about his well known bad reputation.

Sam is a crook and a thief. Do not trust him at all, he will rob you and waste your time. He lives in a rental apartment and talks big about real estate, has credit issues and cheats his customers and his team.
